Sharon Sanders Brooks will have to find a new place to wave around panties

Sharon Sanders Brooks was the only incumbent council member to lose an election last night. Her 3rd District seat was won by Jermaine Reed.

Let’s not forget the good times we had with Brooks, who in March 2009 waved around a bra and panties during a Planning
