Sex at work is not OK, says Missouri appeals court

Dashing the fantasies of “office porn” fetishists, the Missouri Court of Appeal has ruled that getting busy while on the clock is not OK.

On Tuesday, the court affirmed a decision denying unemployment benefits to Calvin West Jr., according to Missouri Lawyers Media. Baldor Electric Co. fired West in 2009 for allegedly touching and kissing the breasts of a female co-worker as well as putting his hand down her pants while at work. The hanky panky stopped there, and West and the unnamed woman went back to work. But that’s when trouble started for West.
