Second fire burns down home at 7th and Montgall; work of an arsonist?

Someone really wanted to burn down a house at 7th and Montgall. Last night, they were finally successful.

KCTV5 reports that for the second time in the last two months, the home was set ablaze. This time, fire fighters couldn’t save the home, which was described as a “total loss.”
