Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure 3D
Sea Monsters uses stunning 3D computer-generated animation to weave together a series of paleontological digs from around the globe in a compelling story about scientists working as detectives to answer questions about this ancient and mysterious ocean world. Follow a curious and adventurous dolichorhynchops – familiarly known as a ‘Dolly’ – as she travels through the most dangerous oceans in the Late Cretaceous, when a great inland sea divided North America in two. Along the way, she encounters long-necked plesiosaurs, giant turtles, enormous fish, fierce sharks, and the most dangerous sea monster of all, the mosasaur. Join the digs with modern and historical dino hunters as they excavate what’s left of some of the most awe-inspiring creatures of all time and start to see exactly what happened to the film’s incredible cast of characters so many years ago.
Tuesdays-Sundays. Starts: Oct. 5. Continues through Jan. 30, 2007
