Scott Roeder, convicted killer of George Tiller, is not enjoying prison
The man convicted of killing Wichita abortion provider George Tiller is not finding prison’s accommodations to his liking.
Scott Roeder has filed a petition complaining about his treatment as well as asking for his release, according to an Associated Press report. A hearing has been scheduled for June 4 in Wichita so Roeder can air his grievances. Roeder is also appealing his murder conviction.
Roeder was found guilty in January of first-degree murder for killing Tiller and sentenced to a “hard 50” sentence, meaning he won’t be getting parole for 50 years.
