Sam Brownback vacations at Texas governor’s prayer rally; IHOP’s Mike Bickle says ‘there is no other God other than Jesus’

Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback’s “vacation” led him to Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s “The Response” prayer rally in Houston on Saturday. Brownback prayed (skip to the 2:12 mark of the video to see him pray) and fasted (he’s also not eating in the video, so I guess he’s fasting, too).

Brownback’s press people sent out a press release Saturday titled “Governor: Now is the time to pray” quoting George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr. Brownback simply added: “We are in a difficult time again for our nation. Now is the time for us to pray.”
