Does Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback endorse the idea that secularism brought about the events of 9/11?

That’s one conclusion to draw from Olathe News reporter Rick Babson‘s account of an inauguration-week prayer service at MidAmerica Nazarene University. Babson writes that Brownback quoted Billy Graham‘s daughter Anne Graham Lotz, who took the view that the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, were a warning about ungodliness.
