Ruben Gallegos accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl

Ruben Gallegos told detectives that he was playing around with a friend’s 13-year-old daughter. They chased each other around the apartment, and the girl greeted him by jumping on his back. But when Gallegos and the girl were lying on the floor watching TV, the hangout took a creepy turn.

Gallegos admitted that he knew the girl was 13, but he tried to

have oral sex with her anyway. He said it lasted 30 seconds with him closing his eyes and trying to pretend the girl was someone else. But

he said that when he opened his eyes, reality hit and he stopped. The girl was

scared, so he left.
