Royals’ Humberto Quintero acts like a child on national TV
In a season that has already given us Royals Book Guy, the fountain swimmer, and the child who wanted nothing to do with a foul ball, Royals catcher Humberto Quintero decided this weekend to earn his own Internet notoriety. During Saturday’s loss to the Pirates, Quintero took a moment to mock pitcher Bruce Chen’s ethnicity on national television. As Deadspin points out that since the two are battery-mates, it seems unlikely that Quintero’s gesture was anything more than ribbing. Stupid, childish ribbing.
