Rico C. Warren, KCMO homicide 40: Victim of Swope Parkway shooting

Rico C. Warren has been identified as the homicide victim of Sunday’s shooting at 6215 Swope Parkway.

Warren, 23, was from Kansas City, Kansas. He is Kansas City, Missouri’s 40th homicide of 2010.

Officer directing traffic at Swope Park witnessed shots being fired from northbound car at the car Warren was driving.

Warren died at the scene.
