Richard Tripp needs help with his fall clothing drive and Thanksgiving feed

Richard Tripp has finally found a home for his fall clothing drive and Thanksgiving feed for Kansas City’s homeless. Tripp tells us that Grand Avenue Temple (205 East Ninth Street) will let Tripp set up a giant circus tent for his Survival 11 Homecoming Event to help the homeless. It’s a bit of a homecoming: Tripp’s nonprofit started at Grand Avenue about 30 years ago.

This year’s event is slated for November 26 from noon to 4 p.m.
