Richard King Jr. is a ‘flashy fugitive,’ but JoCo cops are having a hard time finding him

If you see this guy getting out of a limo at a Starbucks, give the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office a jingle. His name is Richard Wayne King Jr. and he’s on the run for writing bad checks.
