Rich Stephens, ex-Oakland Raider, challenges cop to MMA fight

A lot of people have wanted to fight cops but few have actually issued a challenge in a full-page newspaper ad. Rich Stephens did, challenging Byrnes Mill police officer Tim Walker to a mixed martial arts fight.

Stephens, who played for the Oakland Raiders in the mid-’90s, claims that Walker kicked him and shoved him into a police car for no reason during a recent arrest. Now, as he told KTVI

Fox 2, “I just want his head on my hand.”
