Randy Lande accused of sexually assaulting 8-year-old girl

Some really bad people live among us. An 8-year-old Independence girl reported being sexually assaulted by 45-year-old Randy Lande, a registered sex offender. 

The girl was found covered in blood and hyperventilating. She told authorities that “Randy” did this to her.

The child was taken to a local hospital where she underwent surgery for

her injuries.
