Randy E. Stone’s death ruled a homicide
Independence police say Randy E. Stone‘s death has been ruled a homicide.
The body of the 42-year-old Independence man was discovered at his Farmer’s Insurance office, 13912 East Noland Court, around 5 p.m. March 31.
Police say they believe a witness may have information that could lead to identifying a “person of interest” in Stone’s death.
