Randal Jennings, not exactly sorry for prostituting five children, gets 21 years

Randal G. Jennings is a special kind of asshole. The 43-year-old Chillicothe, Missouri, man liked to make children work for him — as prostitutes.

During Jennings’ career as a pimp, he prostituted five children between October 1, 2007, and January 29, 2009. He would meet the children in motel rooms, photograph them in sexually explicit poses and post the pictures in sex ads on websites.
