Rachel Perez — Johnson County’s candidate for worst mother ever — was going to ask a Johnson County judge for her bond to be reduced because she has a high-risk pregnancy.

But then Johnson County prosecutors pissed all over it by filing attempted second-degree murder charges against her and expanding charges of child abuse and aggravated child endangerment against her to cover a two-year period.
