Ra Ra Riot steps lightly at the Granada

Ra Ra Riot is a band of perfectionists. From the violinist’s perfect posture to the frontman’s crystalline falsetto, the Syracuse six-piece rolled out choice cuts from their two albums and EP that were as bright and crisp as Gala apples. (Fitting, since the band’s latest album is called The Orchard.) With a set of burnished rock with vibrating chamber-pop warmth, there was no better band to illustrate this unfortunate truth: perfection is boring.
