Sedgwick County prosecutors’ first-degree murder case against Scott Roeder — the man accused of killing Wichita abortion provider George Tiller — could wrap up Wednesday, the Wichita Eagle reports.

The trial resumed around 9 a.m. today. KMBC Channel 9 has a live stream on its Web site.

On Monday, members of the church where Tiller was gunned down recalled the shooting. One member of Reformation Lutheran Church, Gary Hoepner, testified that Roeder shot Tiller “point blank.” Another church member, Keith Martin, reportedly testified that Roeder pointed his gun at him when he chased him into the parking lot after the shooting.

Again, the best source for Roeder trial info is the Wichita Eagle. The paper has dedicated a special section of its Web site to the coverage and reporter Ron Sylvester is providing up-to-the-minute Twitter updates.
