Pro wrestling returns to Memorial Hall in KCK in June
Live, local pro wrestling is coming back to Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas, on June 5.
Metro Pro Wrestling has scheduled a Saturday night television taping at the historic arena where Missouri native Harley Race won his first NWA World Heavyweight Championship from Dory Funk Jr. in March 1973. It’s also where “Nature Boy” Ric Flair won his first NWA World Championship from “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes.
Metro Pro Wrestling’s shows will start airing in mid-June on Metro Sports in high definition as well as other stations.
