Prince is dead. Long live Prince. The enigmatic and iconic singer died at age 57 last week, and while the doves haven’t stopped crying, it’s time to go crazy … at Tapcade (1701 McGee). Celebrate the life of His Purpleness with three screenings of Prince’s 1984 rock musical, Purple Rain, this weekend. The pop legend’s star vehicle shows at 8 p.m. Friday, April 29, and 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. Saturday, April 30. All of the proceeds go to the Midwest Music Foundation.
