Primitivo Garcia Elementary principal promises to kiss pig, but pig backs out. Replacement pig found to fill in

A deal to kiss a pig is a deal until there are complications with the pig. The Kansas City, Missouri, School District issued a press release last night saying Primitivo Garcia Elementary School principal Joe Marlow would kiss a pig this afternoon as part of a deal to reward students for reaching full participation in the public library system. But this morning, Marlow’s date to lock lips with a pig was canceled “due to complications related to the pig.”

Wait! This just in from KCMSD spokesman Andre Riley: “I know this sounds crazy, but they just got a replacement pig.” So game on, kids!
