Police Chief Jim Corwin retiring in September

Kansas City Police Chief Jim Corwin will retire in September. The Star reported today that Corwin is leaving after 32 years on the force (seven years as chief). 

Corwin confirmed it to the daily but didn’t go into detail (he wanted to talk to the force first). So who’s next?
