Pit bull terrier dognapped by suspected dog fighter. Shelter offers $1,000 reward for return (updated)

More than 200 of you put a link to this story on your Facebook pages, and that — plus the angry hordes of dog lovers and generally humane people already searching for Charmin – was too much heat. Last night the dognapper surrendered the American pit bull terrier to the authorities. Charmin was safe and unharmed.

Not to be a buzzkill, but Charmin still doesn’t have a home. So if you really want to save this pooch, call KC Angel Rescue at 913-208-0727. It’d be a shame if he went through all this and never got adopted.
