Earlier this year, Sublime proper reformed, with Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh teaming up with the late Bradley Nowell’s son Jakob on guitar and vocals. Combine Wilson departing Sublime with Rome and frontman Rome Ramirez deciding to focus on his solo career, and Saturday’s show at KC Live! marked the last time the area will see this particular band, as their current tour is now their farewell. That said, the setlist was tight, the weather was perfect, and the vibes were spot on.
