Photos: Royals v Twins March 31, 2024
The Kansas City Royals kicked off the 2024 MLB Season this past weekend at The K against the Minnesota Twins. After losing the first two games of the three-game series, the Yals brought out the bats on Sunday to take a 12-0 victory over Minnesota. A Salvy blast in the first, followed by four other homeruns throughout the game, catered to Brady Singer’s phenomenal start to the season, as he held the hill for seven innings, totaling ten strikeouts. Now that they have their first win under the belt, this young and hungry Royals team should have the early jitters out of the way. Expect to hear more cracks of the bat as the city looks forward to 159 more games.
