Photos: Royals drop Memorial Day game to Cincinnati
Memorial Day baseball was on display at Kauffman Stadium on Monday, May 26, as the Kansas City Royals took on the Cincinnati Reds. Through five innings, the Reds were able to scrape up six runs against starting pitcher Michael Lorenzen. The Royals were able to snag a few runs of their own in the seventh and another in the ninth off of a balk, but could not find a way to get a win. They take on the Reds again tonight as former Royal Brady Singer takes the mound for Cincinnati versus Daniel Lynch for KC.
