Touring in support of Nosebleeds: Encore, the deluxe one-year anniversary edition of their 2023 album, New York indie pop act Misterwives took to the Truman stage on Sunday to play a set drawing from their nearly decade-long catalog. In fact, Misterwives’ set was almost a history lesson in reverse, opening with their new single, “Organized Chaos,” and the encore concluding with their first-ever single, “Our Own House,” with a cover of Robyn’s sad banger anthem, “Dancing On My Own” dead-smack in the middle.

Synthy Nashville rockers Moody Joody opened, along with Little Rock indie duo Joan, and our photographer Daniel Fuchs was there to capture it all.
