Photos: KC Mavs season hits the ice for the 2025 season, tying the Rapid City Rush in a two-game series

The Kansas City Mavericks’ 2025 season kicked off this past weekend with a two-game series against the Rapid City Rush. After falling in the Kelly Cup Final last season, the team is hopeful to get back on the right foot as the 2025-26 season gets going. The team won its first match of the year, 3-2, but would lose its second game against the Rush, 5-2 on Saturday. The team is set to go on the road and face the Allen Americans on Friday, Oct. 24th.
