The Kansas City Mavericks continue to roll ECHL talent to the side, as they claim their fifth straight victory, taking a 3-1 match from the Savannah Ghost Pirates on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at Cable Dahmer Arena. Both teams got going in the first period with the Mavericks goal coming from Casey Carreau. After the scoring came to a halt in the second period much into late of the third, the Mavericks’ Nolan Sullivan was finally able to knock one in the net, followed by an open-netter to seal the deal. The team looks to continue their momentum as they play the Ghost Pirates again on Friday night at Cable Dahmer.
