The Current extended its 2024 unbeaten streak to 13 matches last night after securing a point in a 2-2 draw with the Chicago Red Stars.

In front of another sold-out crowd at CPKC Stadium, forwards Bia Zaneratto and Temwa Chawinga again showed their excellent offensive partnership, assisting each other’s goals.

Next up, the Current is on the road to take on the Portland Thorns in Oregon on Sunday, June 23. The team returns to CPKC Stadium on Friday, June 28 against the Houston Dash for Women’s Cancer Awareness Night
