PETA protest is a house of lies and animal rights

Today’s PETA protest at the J.C. Nichols Memorial Fountain was based on lies.
The press release clearly promised “Naked behind a banner that reads, ‘Meat’s Not Green,’ two PETA beauties will shower together at a busy Kansas City location to let consumers know that the best thing they can do for the environment is to go vegetarian.” The young women in question were clearly wearing underwear. That might sound like a sexist, mean thing to say, but should PETA be allowed to hype their events based on cheap titillation then chicken out at the last second? Are the animals not worth it?
