Missouri state Sen. Delbert Scott must be a blast on float trips. The Lowry City Republican wants to ban beer bongs, Jell-O shots, kegs and Mardi Gras beads from Missouri’s rivers, the Associated Press reports. The kind of debauchery that went on in our story Party Cove Pimps.
