Paging Dr. Tea Party: George Watson disses health-care reform
Dr. George Watson is not a fan of reworking America’s health-care policy. In fact, he’s been against health-care reform and anti-insurance companies since way before it was trendy.
Watson, who practices in Wichita and Hays, is president of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, a conservative professional organization that is suing the federal government over the health-care overhaul bill President Obama signed earlier this year. He hosted a rally on the Plaza in support of the National Doctors Tea Party last weekend, and he explained to The Pitch his vision for better health-care reform.
