Notre Dame smacks down Kansas high school’s use of Fighting Irish logo (video)

Notre Dame doesn’t like anyone using using its Fighting Irish leprechaun logo. Not even Chapman High School in central Kansas.

The Irish accused Chapman of trademark infringement for using the logo, which the high school dropped. About three years ago, Chapman didn’t have the luck of the Irish when a tornado ravaged the town. But that doesn’t matter to Notre Dame, which only cares about protecting its precious brand.
