Forbes recently published an article breaking down data college football ticket prices using data from TiqIQ. Topping the list are powerhouses Notre Dame, Georgia and Ohio State. Here’s some of that article:
With a little over a month before the college football season kicks off its first game, there’s full steam ahead towards the season’s start. A few major conferences held their media days this past week, marking the unofficial countdown to the start of the season. While there’s still time before games will be played and even preseason Top 25 polls are unveiled, college football fans have been heading to the secondary market for college football tickets.
TiqIQ has compiled the secondary market ticket averages for the top teams in college football and have ranked the top 25 schools for the 2014 season. While many of the schools on the list are to be expected, such as Ohio State and Alabama, there were some surprising omissions in this year’s first version.
