Nicholas C. Garrett indicted for carrying a gun on the campus of Kansas City, Kansas, Community College

Felons, can we be real for a minute? I know you guys like guns, but why can’t you leave ’em at home when you have priors? This never ends well. Just ask Nicholas C. Garrett.

Garrett is only 24, but he’s racked up two prior felony convictions — one in Jackson County in 2008 and one in Shawnee County in 2009 — that bar him from carrying a gun. So what’s he do? On October 5, the day after his 24th birthday, he allegedly carries a gun on the campus of Kansas City, Kansas, Community College.
