New dress code in effect in Power & Light District

A kinda, sorta new dress code starts today in the Power & Light District. All the fuss and really, what’s changed? Doesn’t sound like much, judging by this KCTV Channel 5 story.

Businesses can no longer define the length of hair, clothes and shoes

that customers wear, but they can still ban baggy clothes and require

business attire.
