New Continents video for ‘Future Waves,’ show Friday in the Crossroads

We’re big fans of Continents, the hazy psych-pop project of Jim Button. We don’t get a lot of chances to see the songs performed live, though, so this weekend is special. Button & Co. are playing a show Friday down at Bridgeport, across from Grinders. (Also on the bill: Breathe Owl Breathe, Saharan Gazelle Boy and David Bennett.)

To celebrate that, Button’s made a video for the song “Future Waves,” which sounds very Deerhunter in a good way, and which you can peep right here on this very blog.
