Neutral Milk Hotel tickets still available (and under face price)

Checking in from a few weeks ago, Neutral Milk Hotel, the indie folk brainchild of Jeff Magnum best known for 1998’s “In the Aeroplane Over the Sea” will be taking the stage at the Uptown Theater tomorrow night, February 13th. It will be a part of the group’s reunion tour featuring the same musicians as their groundbreaking album.

According to the venue’s website, the show is sold out. Those looking for an early Valentine’s Day (or anti-Valentine’s Day) present will be pleased to learn that 21 tickets still remain on the secondary market via market trackers TiqIQ. Even better, 11 of the tickets are available for less than the face price of $44. You can currently get in the door for $30 – 32% below face price. Thursday also marks the cheapest Neutral Milk Hotel tickets of their entire tour, the first in 14 years. Overall, ticket prices for their lone Kansas City date are down 60% this week.

Magnum and Neutral Milk Hotel will be joined by Elf Power at the Uptown Theater, located at 3799 Broadway. This is a general admission and all ages event. Doors will open at 7:00pm with showtime at 8:00pm. Tickets are still available from TiqIQ here.
