It started Thursday around 8 a.m. when Fisher allegedly beat up a woman in her 70s outside her home and bound her hands and feet with duct tape, according to the St. Joseph News-Press. Then he beat up the woman’s husband and stole their 1997 Ford Explorer. Really? You had to beat up an elderly couple to steal a 14-year-old SUV?
