Nathan Stiles’ life celebrated at Spring Hill High School

The parents of Nathan Stiles, the Spring Hill High School football player who died after collapsing on the sidelines last week, say they “absolutely do not hold any bitterness toward anyone” in connection with their son’s death.
Ron and Connie Stiles addressed the media before a two-hour celebration of Nathan’s life in the high school’s gymnasium. A homecoming king and two-sport athlete, Stiles was remembered as a caring friend and a person of faith. Student Bibles were stacked on tables in the rear of gym for anyone who wanted one. “Nathan wanted his friends saved,” his mother said.
The Stileses said they also hoped their son’s death would increase awareness of concussion safety.
