The first was at somebody’s house, and last year’s was at the Jackpot. This year, the Punk Rock Formal graduates to The Granada. Between 1 p.m. and midnight, something like 13 acts — including Pass-a-Fist, Sleepy Hollow Points and Baby Boomers — make the kind of noise that would have John Hughes turning over in his grave.
