Mo. Rep. is pro child hunger

O’Fallon loon Cynthia Davis continues to outdo herself. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that in her latest newsletter, the Republican state rep supports letting children go hungry.

“Hunger can be a positive motivator,” Davis noted.

That’s right, starving children of Missouri. It’s time you stopped feeding at the taxpayers’ trough and got jobs.

Tip: If you work for McDonald’s, they will feed you for free during your break.”

That’s right, kids. Get to work.

There’s more:

“Families may economize by choosing not to waste hard earned dollars on potato chips, ice cream or Twinkies.”
“Laid-off parents could adapt by preparing more home cooked meals rather than going out to eat.”

The Post-Dispatch explained it best:

Tip: When you chair a state special committee on children and

families, you probably ought to learn something about the needs of

children and families.

Hat tip to Fired Up! Missouri.
