Missouri teachers don’t have to unfriend their students on Facebook just yet
Don’t hit the unfriend button just yet, Missouri teachers.
Cole County Circuit Judge Jon Beetem issued an injunction today blocking a law (or what it really was, “a staggering prohibition of free speech rights”) that would have restricted communications between teachers and students on the Internet, according to KMBC. The law would have gone live on Sunday, but no dice until at least February, giving plenty of time for a hearing on whether the law should be scrapped altogether.
