Missouri Sex Slave Case: Perverted details revealed

James Noel pleaded guilty Thursday to his role in the disturbing Missouri sex slave case in which a mentally deficient woman was allegedly sexually abused and tortured for several years.

Noel told authorities that he and other men used a crank phone to shock the woman with the device wired to some very, very sensitive areas (read about it here).
