Missing Belton girl’s 19th birthday was yesterday

Crime Scene KC reminds us that yesterday was missing teenager Kara Kopetsky’s 19th birthday. Kopetsky disappeared on May 4, 2007. Crime Scene KC reported that an anonymous donor had offered $50,000 for Kopetsky’s safe return, but yesterday’s deadline came and went without any news.
