Kansas City jazz icon Millie Edwards will headline Kansas City Kansas Community College’s Jazz Cabaret ’09. The first of two Cabarets, the April 21 production will be held at 7 p.m. in the Jewell Center on the KCKCC campus at 7250 State Avenue.
