Midtown Miscreant (Mark Smith) is leaving midtown … “for good.” The Miscreant is moving about 15 minutes away, staying in the metro area. Midtown has changed a lot, and it’s not the same for the guy. But he files a great post about what midtown used to be like when he was a kid.
