Michael Grace, ex-bank teller, pleads guilty in staged kidnapping to cover up a bank job

Michael Grace is a liar. He was never kidnapped. He wasn’t forced to open a U.S. Bank in Overland

Park where he worked. Grace was tied to a chair with duct tape, and he was bleeding from the nose — but because he wanted it.

Grace, 20, pleaded guilty today to embezzlement by a bank employee,

admitting that he staged the kidnapping and bank robbery to cover up

stealing money from the bank’s ATM machine.

Surveillance footage showed Grace being led around the empty bank by a

masked man. The masked guy (Brendan Connors) wasn’t even carrying a weapon. You guys can’t even fake it right.
